Day 17

Went after work to the park and walked twice around the pond (2.4miles) in 41:37 (not bad) actually jogged a little, more to come hopefully. I drink a good amount of water thru the day, but I'm not sure I ever drink "8 glasses" in one day? So today I have a water bottle and i'm going to drink 8 bottles and see how much "old man" time I spend in the bathroom. Wish me luck! 1 week from tomorrow baby, go bucks!!!
